Conventional dyeing and screen printing consume large volumes of water and discharge dye effluent. Sublimation transfers ink into the fibre with heat and pressure alone — no rinsing, no wash-off stage, no dye wastewater from the print process.
We produce against confirmed orders rather than speculative stock. Nothing is cut before a sample is approved, so there are no unsold seasons and no bulk write-offs — the single largest source of waste in the apparel industry.
Sublimated colour becomes part of the fibre, so it will not crack, peel or fade out of the garment the way a surface print does. A team kit that survives four seasons replaces four kits that survive one.
Every style we make can be quoted in a lower-impact fabric. Tell us the end use and we will recommend the option that performs without the environmental cost.
Spun from post-consumer plastic bottles. Performs identically to virgin polyester in sublimation, takes colour just as sharply, and keeps plastic out of landfill.

Documentation for any certificate above is available on request before you place an order. If a certification your buyer requires is not on this list, ask us — we will tell you plainly whether we hold it rather than leaving you to assume.
